ORLOV ships worldwide. Every piece travels fully insured, in tamper-evident packaging, by secured courier with signature on delivery and end-to-end tracking.
Finished pieces in stock are dispatched within 2–5 business days. One-of-a-kind, made-to-order, and engraved pieces follow a timeline confirmed by your ORLOV Concierge at the time of order.
DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES. Shipments within the European Union are delivered with all taxes included. For destinations outside the EU, import duties, taxes, and customs charges vary by country and are determined by your local authorities; responsibility for these is confirmed by your Concierge before dispatch so there are no surprises on arrival.
PRICE-ON-REQUEST PIECES. Certain creations are presented by request only. These are arranged personally through your ORLOV Concierge rather than standard checkout.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be entirely certain of your ORLOV piece.
Stock pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original ORLOV packaging with all accompanying certificates and documentation.
To arrange a return, contact your ORLOV Concierge before sending any item back. Returns are shipped fully insured by a method agreed with the Concierge; we cannot accept liability for pieces returned by uninsured or untracked means. Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN: made-to-order, bespoke, engraved, or personalised creations, and price-on-request pieces, are final sale unless they arrive damaged or not as described.
