And should you wish, we will bring our creations to you — wherever in the world you are, your ORLOV Concierge will arrange a private viewing.

Every ORLOV creation is crafted by master jewellers in Valenza, Italy — the historic heart of Italian high jewellery. A single thread of passion and precision runs through the entire process: from the sourcing of our stones, to our in-house design, to the work of the atelier, and finally to the moment it is entrusted to you.

Every ORLOV creation is accompanied by a physical warranty and authentication certificate card, issued at the moment of purchase — a lasting record of your piece's authenticity and provenance.

ORLOV sources its gemstones and materials through trusted partners committed to responsible, conflict-free supply chains. From procurement through our ateliers in Valenza, every stage is held to rigorous ethical standards - including provenance, supply-chain integrity, and labour practices - so that each creation is one you can wear with complete confidence.

Your ORLOV creation is made to last a lifetime, and we are here to care for it. For any repair, contact your ORLOV Concierge with your name, proof of purchase, and a description and photograph of the piece, so we can advise you precisely. Most repairs are completed within two months of receipt; for more intricate work, your Concierge will confirm the timeline.

ORLOV ships worldwide, fully insured and tracked, with signature on delivery. Finished pieces in stock are dispatched within 2–5 business days; one-of-a-kind, made-to-order, and engraved pieces follow a timeline confirmed by your ORLOV Concierge. Outside the EU, any customs process may add delays beyond our control.

Stock pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unworn, undamaged, and in their original ORLOV packaging with all certificates. Contact your ORLOV Concierge before returning; returns must be fully insured. Made-to-order, bespoke, engraved, and price-on-request creations are final sale unless faulty.

If you wish to adjust your order, please contact your ORLOV Concierge as soon as possible after placing it. We will always do our utmost to accommodate you; once a piece has been dispatched, however, it can no longer be modified.

We welcome all major credit cards and bank transfers. For acquisitions of significant value, your ORLOV Concierge can arrange private payment and financing options in complete discretion.
