ORLOV HIGH JEWELRY PIECES ARE CRAFTED BY ITALIAN MASTER JEWELERS IN OUR FACTORY IN VALENZA, ITALY. PASSION AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL CONNECTS THE ENTIRE PROCESS, FROM SOURCING, TO THE IN-HOUSE DESIGN, TO THE ATELIERS AND FINALLY TO THE CLIENTS DELIVERY.

All our jewelry creations come with a digital warranty & authentication certificate which you can access through our website. For every creation we issue a certificate card directly at the place of purchase.

All our diamonds are Kimberley Process Certified (which certifies that diamonds originate from conflict free zones). Through our procurement and polishing division we are subject to rigorous requirements which set out the detailed standards. Among other requirements there is a focus on supply chain management, provenance claims, child and forced labour and ethical standards generally. 

For all repair inquiries, please email us. Please include your name, proof of purchase, and a description and photo of the damage to help us provide you with an accurate repair service.

All repairs will be complete within 2 months of when we receive them.

We ship worldwide insured free of charge within 72 hours. If there is a customs process involved it can come to shipment delays which are not in our hands.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 10 days of the date of purchase. Creations returned have to be shipped insured to our Monte Carlo Headquarter and should be in an absolutely new condition, without any signs of usage. Sale items are final sale.

If you need to modify your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it. We'll do our best to help with your order, but if it has been shipped out already, it can not be modified.
